As an International Certified Scaling Up Coach and Trainer, I provide business and leadership coaching and training to executive teams interested in producing outstanding financial results, while fostering a culture of engagement and alignment.

I have trained and coached thousands of executives, managers, and business owners from Fortune 500 to small businesses throughout Europe and North America.

I am passionate about developing the human side as well as the financial side of businesses by combining my expertise as a former banking executive, with my extensive education in personal growth and leadership.

Originally from Italy, I moved to Vancouver, Canada, in 2011 where I currently live.
